Alternative Screen: Stocks Trading at 75% or Lower to Fair Value

Hard to be patient in a market like this – but to be successful, you need to be good at patiently waiting for opportunities to develop. As Warren Buffett has said, “We don’t get paid for activity, just for being right. As to how long we’ll wait? We’ll wait indefinitely.”

You should not buy and sell just for the sake of feeling that you are doing something. You buy a stock because it is at a very attractive price with a large Margin of Safety, and you sell a stock when it has risen well above its Fair Value.  Simple, not easy.
