The only value I am finding in this market right now is in Real Estate – pulled the trigger on Stag Industrial Inc (STAG) – here is the trade:
- Bought: 1000 shares (STAG)
- Price paid: $33.00 per share
I have been watching this stock for a while, like the Monthly Dividend payments for my income portfolio. Unfortunately, the options for this stock were too thin to squeeze a trade at this time – felt I should pull the trigger down here anyway, of course that means it will get even cheaper!
