No stock picks today – nothing to buy.  Today’s Jobs report disappointed, but wages are rising:

My wife and I moved from NJ to Virginia in 2009 – just after the housing bubble popped.  Looks like we may have started a trend:

I miss the place – but I don’t miss the property taxes – which are the highest in the country:

I love Virginia, and don’t anticipate moving north ever again, but when we visit – NJ still feels like home:
