It’s Tuesday Link-ups, but I don’t want to talk about the election – just feeling a little scattered today. The stock market is stuck in mud until after the election, and/or when the Fed finally gets around to lifting interest rates. So, no stocks and no politics?
How about Obamacare, the three-month sign-up period for next year’s insurance coverage begins today – so, how is it going?
- Business Insider – It’s do or die for Obamacare
- USA Today – Rate hikes, new doctors: Obamacare exchange opens to angst
- CNBC – Obamacare’s new enrollment season will begin with higher prices, fewer insurers
- Forbes – It’s Not Just Premiums: ObamaCare Is Hiking The National Debt, Too
So, to summarize – higher prices, less choices, and exploding National Debt? Not sure if talking about Obamacare counts as politics?
Extras – here are some other, totally random things I found interesting this morning – let’s start with Greece:
- Keep Talking Greece – Teacher dismissed after being “absent” from school for whole 8 years!
I am sure the other countries in the EU can’t wait for the next Greek bail-out.
Planning on traveling to Italy next summer with the family – getting a little worried about all these Earth Quakes:
- The Telegraph – Is the ‘big one’ about to hit Rome?
Not sure they would even notice an Earth Quake in Venezuela, things have gotten so bad, I am just waiting for the refugees:
I wonder if Amazon even accepts orders from Venezuela?
- Amazon’s Black Friday deals are starting already.
I will leave you with some South Park Zen:
