Not sure why the World Markets are up – reacting to the news out of Japan, I find it kind of depressing:
- Business Insider – The Bank of Japan just stunned global markets by announcing negative interest rates
The currency wars will only get worse from here – China will respond by weakening the Renminbi, the European Union / ECB will be forced to react by weakening the Euro and providing more QE, etc… And you can forget about any more Interest Rate increases out of the US Federal Reserve -QE 4 is more likely.
Keynesian Economics = pushing on string
