That yield on Blackstone is looking interesting – but I am not sure I understand the company well enough to invest at this time.

- Dividend Yield % > = 4.
- Dividend Growth % Past 5 Years > = 10.
- Morningstar rating 4 or more stars.
- Financial Health Grade >= B.
- Forward P/E <= 20.
